From one tunnel to five neighborhoods
Rafael Ortega spent summers as a teenager drying cars at his uncle's full-service wash in Maryvale. He loved the pace, the regulars and the moment a customer saw their car shine. He did not love the 40 minute waits.
In 2014 he opened SudsCity on Camelback Road with a modern express tunnel, free vacuums and a promise that no one would wait longer than they needed to. Twelve years later we wash over 100,000 cars a month across five Valley locations, and Rafael still works the Saturday morning rush at Camelback.
We are still locally owned, still hiring from the neighborhoods we serve, and still obsessed with the moment your car comes out of the tunnel looking brand new.
