Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Unlimited memberships
Unlimited memberships renew monthly on the date you joined until cancelled. Each membership covers one registered vehicle identified by a windshield RFID tag. Tags are not transferable between vehicles without contacting us. You can cancel online, by phone or at a kiosk before your renewal date and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Vehicle damage and tunnel rules
Please follow attendant instructions, place your vehicle in neutral and keep hands off the wheel and feet off the brake. We are not responsible for damage to loose, aftermarket or previously damaged parts, including antennas, bike racks, roof cargo, mirrors, trim and cracked glass. Report any concern to the site lead before leaving the property so we can review camera footage.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of AZ.
